Job summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated psychology graduate to join our small and friendly team of clinicians delivering both individual and team psychological interventions to staff.
Here for You is a psychology led, wellbeing and mental health service offering confidential staff support for NHS, social care, Surrey County Council and other eligible staff groups across Surrey & North East Hampshire. The aims are to align with our local People Plan and Trust wellbeing strategy, to offer wellbeing information and access to resources as well as providing rapid access to psychological services where needed. We work closely with all our partner organisations across Surrey and NE Hampshire to join up the wellbeing offers and to provide outreach to identified vulnerable staff groups.

Main duties of the job
Within this role the postholder will be expected to co-facilitate the delivery of workshops, bespoke team sessions, individual wellbeing plans and brief triage sessions to staff. In addition, you will be supporting the clinicians in the service with their delivery of interventions. Providing a monthly data report for SABP and NHSE and supporting the smooth running of the service are key aspects of this post. With the other assistant psychologist, you will be leading on our communications and social media for the service. Here for You offers a range of interventions which we continually review and develop as required to meet the needs of our staff and the latest evidence based practice. The post holder will also work with the Head of Staff Support in support the Trust SIST (Staff Incident Support Team) Service.
This is an excellent opportunity to learn and develop a wide range of clinical and audit skills within a committed and supportive team. The postholder will support the delivery of psychological wellbeing initiatives and play an important role in helping to support our staff. Working both within our organisation and across the whole system, you will experience whole system working and the new roles of applied psychologists within NHS. A keenness to develop new skills and learning and to deliver a responsive and compassionate service is essential.
Applicants must be eligible for graduate basis for registration with the BPS (British Psychological Society).
