Surrey & Borders NHS Foundation Trust is looking to recruit a part-time (0.4wte) Senior Administrator for it's Adult Neurodevelopmental Service to provide admin support to the service, it's practitioners, patients and health and social care colleagues.
Surrey we are looking to recruit an to undertake the clinical leadership role of lead psychologist for the Neurodevelopmental Team.
You will need to be anenthusiastic and resourceful person, an excellent communicator who is well organised, self-motivated and able to work to their own initiative and as part of a team.
Applicants should have a demonstrable background in administrative support roles, be able to work under pressure and also enjoy working within a team environment.
Main duties of the job
The smooth running of the office of the Adult Neurodevelopmental service (NDS) through comprehensive, efficient and high quality secretarial and administrative services and collaboration withservice admin and colleagues
To ensureefficient and appropriate administrative support to enable the NDS to provide the best clinical support possible to people who use our services.
This will involve prioritizing and organizing the day-to-day workload while maintaining confidentiality of information throughout the full range of duties involved.
