An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit an experienced Capital Projects Manager to the Property Capital Projects Team.

This post will support the Associate Director of Property, Projects and Change Management in the delivery of capital across the organisation. The post holder will have the relevant qualifications, experience and knowledge as detailed in the person specification for this role.

Main duties of the job

The post is suitable for someone who is already in the construction project management industry within healthcare. You will have good all-around technical knowledge of construction and engineering, a sound knowledge of minor and intermediate forms of contract, knowledge of the financial management of capital projects, with recent in-depth knowledge and understanding of developing and interpreting programme planning tools. You will need to be a confident communicator who is able to influence, inspire and lead others from different backgrounds and all levels of seniority. This role will suit an individual who has the drive, enthusiasm, and ability to motivate individuals to deliver exceptional outcomes in a constantly evolving environment.
