Job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and reliable individual to join the Medical Education Team. The post-holder will work closely with the Medical Education Managers, Training Programme Directors, IMG Tutor and Directors of Medical Education to promote, develop and support the provision of postgraduate medical education services in compliance with the national and local policies, procedures and contracts
This role is office based in Epsom, Surrey with the flexibility of occasional working from home.
Main duties of the job
- Work closely with the Medical Education Managers to manage and deliver Doctor Induction, training programmes, including teaching and mentorship
- Responsible for creating and maintaining up to date electronic data processes, including contact lists and Trainee placements
- Responsible for updating, maintaining and reporting on the consultant educator approval database
- Administration support for Local Faculty Group Meetings including minute-taking, trainee progression
- Administrative support as required to underpin the quality framework, for internal and external requirements.
