Applications are invited for full time/part time split job as Speciality Doctor in the department of Working Age Adults (WAA) Psychiatry who will be working under supervision of WAA Consultant EIIP.

Our Offer:
- NHS Specialty grade £55,825 - £90,000 per annum + £149 fringe + on- call requirement
- £15,000 recruitment premia over 3 years
- Relocation allowance: up to £8000 subject to policy requirement

Main duties of the job
WAA community services aim to provide clinically focused and person-centred care based on recovery model. We have a dynamic and innovative MDT which is passionate promoter of good mental health.
The post holder will be encouraged to join weekly Trust-wide academic program and will have opportunities to participate in research, leadership activities, clinical audits and quality improvement.
The post requires candidates to have Full GMC Registration with License to Practice in the UK; experience of working in psychiatry for at least 2 years and to be Section 12/AC approved (or aiming to be approved in the near future).

- A recognised basic Medical Degree and MRCPCH or equivalent
- Full Medical Registration (GMC) with a Licence to Practice
- Approval under Section 12 of the Mental Health Act (or within 6 to 12 months of the time of interview/assessment) or equivalent
Desirable
- MRCPsych or equivalent
- Management qualification or evidence of an interest in developing leadership skills.
