Job summary
We are inviting applications for an exciting administrative position within our Medical Directorate in Surrey & Borders NHS Foundation Trust, to support our Senior Medical staff and Divisional Medical Leads.
The ideal candidate would be someone who is looking for a busy and challenging environment to develop and establish effective working relationships and has a passion for supporting the delivery of high-quality services. You will enjoy working with Excel/Spreadsheets to maintain rotas and record information and be accurate with an eye for detail.
Those who are appointable at interview, will be invited to take an IT skills assessment at the next stage of the selection process.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will be responsible for proactive diary and email management, arranging in-house meetings, external and system meetings, minuting meetings, preparing presentations and being the first port of call for the Associate Medical Directors and their senior staff.
