Job summary
The Deputy Director of Products and Experience is responsible for leading the organisation's approach to product design, enterprise service management, application development and implementation and evaluation of health technologies.This is picking up large aspects of an already established portfolio and not only sustaining these services; there will also be a requirement to facilitate and drive change to ensure our organisation remains digitally responsive and relevant. This could include innovations being considered through our Healthtech team to how we support appropriate resourcing coordination in the Trust through the use of data.
Main duties of the job
The Deputy Director of Products and Experience will compliment a contemporary understanding with an ability to set future product design and experience, strategy and roadmap against a portfolio of interests that include:
- Dynamic product evolution and driving the paradigm shift to open platforms
- Aligning and understanding user needs and developing defined capabilities and technology and data competencies needed for integrated health and care
- Continuous infrastructure modernisation including service desk and general support methodologies.
- Facilitating the evolving oversight to consumer health and the continual shift of the capabilities required for personalised and integrated health and care
- Radical shifts in ways of working to support leading practices of product development, user-centred design and exploiting contemporary ways of engagement

We also provide social care services for people with a learning disability in Croydon and ASD and ADHD assessment services in Hampshire.
