Job summary

Are you looking for a senior role to develop and further your career? Here at Appletree Day Nursery we are looking for a qualified and experienced professional who has worked in full day care and understands the statutory requirements, EYFS and safeguarding as well as being flexible, approachable and a good team player.

Appletree Day Nursery is located in a rural area of Epsom, with good local transport links and car parking felicities. We have a large outdoor learning environment and regularly use the local amenities for children's learning opportunities.

Main duties of the job

To assist and implement the regulation and inspections by Ofsted. Leading and working as part of a team supporting the delivery of services to children aged 3 months to 5 years. Providing simulating and educational environments both indoors and outdoors, dependent on the children's age and stages of development though inductions/ supervisions/ appraisals and policy.

To remain professional and act as a positive role model to achieve high standards whilst meeting the needs of all involved within the nursery, to include parents/careers, children, staff, and internal and external agencies to achieve the best outcomes.

To ensure the welfare and safety of all during their time at Appletree and undertake all roles within the requirements to achieve this.
