Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of delivering significant transformational programmes and be at the forefront of the ambitious Long Term Plan agenda for Mental Health.
As Transformation Manager, you will join the Development, Transformation and Innovation Team (DTI), and lead critical programmes and system-wide initiatives for mental health. You will play a key role in helping shape and develop innovative ways of working to drive the Trust forward on its quality improvement journey and delivery of our strategic ambition and commitments.
We are looking for an individual with extensive experience of transformation and delivery of strategic programmes, a strong passion and commitment to improving the emotional wellbeing of people and be able to manage a varied portfolio of work in a fast paced team.
Main duties of the job
- Supporting Service Divisions transform care through identifying new business opportunities, leading on managing bids, competitive processes and internal business cases and developing innovative approaches to service delivery
- Programme managing large scale transformation projects from concept through to mobilisation
- Support and enable Division leads (which you will be assigned to one) develop new clinical models of care and service transformation
- Network with stakeholders across health and social care to harness innovation and best practice as well as identify new areas of development and service delivery at system, place and neighbourhood
