Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, motivated and energised person to join the North West Surrey Health and Care Partnership (also known as the North West Surrey Alliance). Bringing a wealth of recruitment experience, creativity and passion, the postholder in conjunction with the North West Surrey partners will be responsible for delivering a cutting edge attraction strategy for posts that have historically been hard to fill across Health and Social Care. The post holder will manage a wide range of associated recruitment campaigns. The initial focus will be to support the community together programme and targeting large scale community services recruitment. However, the post holder will also be responsible for contributing to the development of other large scale recruitment campaigns across the North West Surrey Health and Care Alliance.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will require excellent inter-personal skills and be skilled in making and sustaining relationships with a range of stakeholders. You will have strong communication skills and be skilled at developing imaginative and creative campaigns targeting a variety of demographics. You will utilise a host of different approaches, including digital media, to campaigns and programme planning and execution, ensuring content is appropriately targeted, impactful and engaging. You will have refined organisational skills with a keen attention to detail and be adept at fact finding, information gathering and analysis.

The postholder will be expected to add pace, pragmatism, enthusiasm and use of their own initiative to get tasks completed, working both independently and as part of a team.

The role will be initially based at Central Surrey Health (Woking) however you will have the opportunity to work across Alliance Partners as we move to a recruitment hub model and some home working will be expected.
