Job summary

This post offers an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to develop their knowledge and gain experience in project management as they support the Main Effort strategic improvement programme. This post is to provide project management support for a key enabling project, to develop and test a case management approach for patients who have frequent admissions/readmissions to hospital. The post holder will be working across professional, divisional, departmental and system boundaries to drive this key workstream.

This is an excellent development opportunity for anyone wishing to enhance their leadership skills. Working within the established Trust Quality Improvement Team, the post holder will be supported to develop their improvement and project management skills.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will:

support the delivery of the readmissions project, as part of the ASPH Main Effort programme

work in close collaboration with the clinical leads to engage and enthuse internal and external partners to embrace a new way of working

provide clear communication, data analysis and presentation of progress

use and champion established improvement methodology to positively contribute towards the Trusts culture of continuous improvement.
