Bank Registered Mental Nurse
We are currently recruiting to our Trust Temporary Staffing Team - Bank on Us and we are seeking experienced Registered Mental Health Nurses
You must work well in a team and be reliable and enthusiastic with excellent communication skills, as well as adaptable and flexible to changing situations, working within Trust policies and the NMC Code of Conduct.
We have a variety of requirements across our hospitals although mainly on the St Peters site in Chertsey, from working on the paediatric wards supporting children and young people typically with eating disorders, providing specialist nursing support to patients under section within the hospitals adult wards or the Emergency Department. This can include providing specialist one to one support.
Once you have completed the Bank Pre-Registration process you will be booked to attend the Trust's Induction Programme. This commitment is required to support and enhance your current skills and knowledge.

Main duties of the job
Undertaking shifts as a Bank Registered Nurse on a temporary basis in a ward / department within the hospital setting.
Working effectively and efficiently and in collaboration with the multi professional teams to deliver high quality and individualised patient care to allocated patients providing mental health care and support, for each clinical area you work on.
Clinical duties, across a range of clinical settings, include providing one to one enhanced care for patients requiring support and supervision including patients waiting mental health assessment, psychosis, dementia and delirium care.
