Main duties of the job

Create engaging content for websites, social media, newsletters, and campaigns.

Support multimedia content creation including photography, infographics, and video editing.

Collaborate with internal and external partners to design and deliver communications aligned with workforce objectives.

Ensure alignment to communications plans while responding to ad-hoc content requests.

Maintain brand consistency and accuracy across all published materials.

Provide administrative and project support for campaigns of various sizes.

This role reports to the Talent Hub Manager. It plays a key role in designing, delivering, and evaluating communications and digital marketing strategies that connect the Surrey Talent Hub to key audiences.
You will:

Support and maintain content on websites and microsites, ensuring it remains engaging and up to date.

Develop and deliver marketing materials including brochures, merchandise, posters, and accessible content.

Contribute to the planning and execution of communications campaigns, including social media scheduling, monitoring trends, and reporting.

Manage a library of visual content including imagery and video, and lead on editing and preparing these for public use.

Act as a liaison between the Talent Hub and communications teams, ensuring campaigns reflect user voice and brand standards.

Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal colleagues and external stakeholders.
The role requires excellent communication, creative, and organisational skills as well as experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a high-energy environment.
