Main duties of the job

To work effectively and efficiently within the framework of team nursing and individualised patient care. In collaboration with the department's integrated multidisciplinary team to develop, implement and evaluate programmes of care for patients.

To contribute towards developing and maintaining a suitable and stimulating learning environment, and to supervise junior registered and non-registered staff.

The role is varied, equally challenging and rewarding, where you will have the opportunity to really make a difference to the experience of our patients. Whether this is supporting patients in their rehabilitation and recovery following an operation or a period of acute illness or providing holistic and compassionate care for patients at the end of life.

Managing chronic illness with respiratory diseases, we looking for experienced staff who can handle patients with NIV machine, CPAP, High flow oxygen & Chest drains. We also handle patients under going therapeutic treatment related with lung diseases such as COPD, TB, Asthma, Pulmonary fibrosis, T2RF and T1RF, lung cancer ( managing End of life patients)
