Our administration workforce is vital to our organisation, without them our front-line Doctors, Nurses and Allied Health Professional cannot deliver the excellent care to our patients we strive for. As an Administrator within the Trust, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Corporate operations across the hospital.

Main duties of the job
- Business Support Manager - 37.5 hours per week
We are seeking a highly motivated, dedicated and capable business support manager to join our creative professional team and help provide a comprehensive medical illustration service to our Trust and external customers.
Working on-site in our purpose-built department, you will work on-site with the Head of Service to plan, deliver and monitor medical illustration services ensuring effective personnel, financial, project and IM&T management are in place.
We would expect you to hold a degree level qualification or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience in business management, administration or similar subject and have substantial business and administration experience.

To provide a full range of business management and administrative support across all areas of Oxford Medical Illustration(OMI) to provide a range of clinical and non-clinical services to Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust(OUH), University of Oxford and external clients. Be on-site to manage both office and reception in a professional and responsive manner to always ensure the efficient and effective administration of all patient photography and clients work.

Act as project manager and personal assistant to Head of Service and senior team organising meetings and providing project support.
