Job summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Research Nurse to join our team of research nurses working within a multidisciplinary team in The Nuffield Department of Orthopaedics, Rheumatology and Musculoskeletal Sciences and based at the Nuffield Orthopaedic Hospital Oxford. We have two vacancies one full time and one part time, Band 5 or 6 depending on experience. The department covers a wide remit of research with a focus on Rheumatology and Orthopaedics. Main duties of the job

To provide nursing support for an wide range range of clinical research studies studies in orthopaedics and rheumatology which are on the National Institute for Health Research portfolio, including the screening, assessment, coordination and recruitment of patients into clinical studies. The post will be flexible, working in a team of research nurses based at the NOC but also on occasion, covering other OUH hospital sites.
