Job summary

Manage staff accommodation on all 4 sites

Be the first person to handle any staff accommodation queries

Ensure that all staff accommodation is kept to a high standard of cleanliness and maintenance

Main duties of the job

Manage Staff and on-call accommodation

Ensure that rooms are fully let and habitable

Ensure that rooms are compliant with current H&S regulations

Keep void periods to a minimum
