BASE HOSPITALS: The John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford
WORK PATTERN: Full Shift.
Main duties of the job
This post will be for 12 months from August 2024. The successful applicant will be expected to be involved in the following:
- Patient care: The successful candidate will be expected to undertake regular outpatient clinical activities including but not limited to - nasal fracture clinic, aural care clinics, emergency ENT clinic and otitis externa clinics.
- Theatres - there will be opportunities to allow the fellow to attend regular day care theatre sessions.
- The fellow may be required to participate in the out of hours on call rota.
In addition, there will be opportunities to be involved in the following for educational and training purposes:
- Departmental teaching sessions
- Clinical Governance meetings
- Audit, Research and Quality Improvement
There is plenty of support to participate in projects within the department.
