Job summary

Main duties of the job

  • Uploading courses to the system and monitoring, ensuring key SOP's and processes are followed.
  • Creating new course content and dashboard development, and updating content on the Trust's intranet and social media platforms, including content provided by training delivery facilitators to create courses
  • Building good relationships with Subject Matter Experts, training delivery facilitators and assisting with their queries, performing spot training where required
  • Supports the management and resolution of HelpDesk queries to ensure the team meets the OUH agreed targets, and user's requests are met.
  • Monitoring and processing emails, phone calls and system queries to relevant teams within department and to wider Trust web-based applications and systems, in a timely manner.
  • Processing bookings and cancellations as required.
  • Supporting online Corporate and other professional Inductions
  • Troubleshooting various issues with learner accounts and records, course completion issues by providing responses within timescales, and ensuring regular communication with the requester.
  • Problem solving and ability to work through to a solution or to escalate.
  • Adhering to team processes and SOP's, ensuring regular communication with issue owner,
