You will also lead a small team of nurses and nursing assistants with the support of the ward sister; ensuring your staff receive an annual appraisal, and guidance in their professional development.

In return we can provide support, guidance and excellent professional development opportunities for you. Our Ward Sisters and Practice Development Team will work with you to reach your development goals. You will complete our Band 6 Development Course and will be encouraged to apply for our newly developed accredited PG Cert in Orthopaedic Practice.
