Main duties of the job

As a registered nurse you will be responsible and accountable for the delivery of high quality, effective, and compassionate nursing interventions. This includes assessment, planning, implementing and evaluating of holistic and individualised care. This will be in line with local, Trust wide and national policies, procedures, values and behaviours.

  • Has NMC PIN or working toward before or up to Sept 2025
  • Experience in an acute UK hospital environment (can include placements during training)
  • Competence in using IT applications (e.g., Clinical systems, Word, Outlook,)

Desirable

  • Should not be registered for longer than 12months
  • Experience in a specialty area as student e.g. ITU, MAU

Communication & Relationship skills

Essential

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently

Analytical, Judgement, Planning & Organisational Skills

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
  • Evidence of managing clinical workload.
