We are excited to be offering this meaningful and engaging opportunity to join the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) Programme Team across Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (CRH) and University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust (UHDB) in collaboration with Nervecentre.
We are on a journey to deliver digital excellence and will be implementing a leading Derbyshire and South Staffordshire wide EPR system that will transform the quality of care for our patients and colleagues by having instantly accessible information using the latest mobile technology, reducing paper usage and utilising clinical decision support tools.
This is a first of type implementation across the ICB and offers the opportunity to embrace truly unique working environments.

Main duties of the job
The Clinical Digital Change Lead provides high-quality clinical guidance and supports the collaborative EPR strategy of UHDB and CRH. The role fosters clinical engagement and transformation within programme workstreams, supports patient involvement, system training, and education, and ensures clinical safety throughout. As an advocate for all clinical staff, the Clinical Digital Change Lead ensures best practices through digital technologies to enhance patient experience and quality of care. They are crucial to the Trust's Digital Strategy and EPR programme, identifying risks and ensuring governance for safety. This position optimizes configuration, workflows, and system functionalities to improve usability and efficiency of the Trust's clinical systems, tools, and healthcare solutions, supporting the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care. The post holder plans and delivers role-based training and education to optimise the functionality of the EPR and provides ongoing support to clinical staff. They maintain documentation, promote staff digital engagement, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement digital transformation.
