Job summary

We are in need of a fun, enthusiastic and highly motivated colleague to join our busy and friendly Medical Staffing Team. Our team supports the trusts four clinical divisions with all of their medical staffing needs.

The successful candidate will primarily focus on supporting the wider team to co-ordinate temporary staffing requirements for both planned and unplanned absence of medical staff, ensuring trust staffing requirements are met.

The ability to work under pressure whilst managing changing priorities along with excellent organisational, communication and negotiating skills are all key requirements for this role.

Essential Qualifications:

  • GCSE English Grade C or above, or equivalent qualification
  • NVQ III in Business and Administration or equivalent experience.

This post will be based at Queens Hospital Burton, University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust.
