Job summary

Able to work as part of a team or on your own initiative, you will be expected to provide aflexible and efficient repair and maintenance service over a wide range of services, electrical, and mechanical plant and equipment within a wide range of locations and complex conditionsfrom Wards and Theatres and office locations

Main duties of the job

Working within a small multi skilled team of Estates personnel, working to an agreed framework of planned maintenance agreed response times to reactive works.

Ensuring thatlegislative compliance is adhered to at all times to ensure that the building is a safeenvironment for patients, staff and relatives & visitors

  • Knowledge of maintenance of all technical and electrical plant/equipment
  • Extensive Electrical background working within both Domestic & Commercial environments
  • Ability to identify technical issues or faults
