Are you a self-motivated Business Manager with an Estates or Compliance background? Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in an influential role?
Due to growth we are looking for an enthusiastic Estates Business Manager to join the Hard FM Operations team. The team of over 50 staff offers support and administrative services to a wide array of clients across the Trusts estate.
The Estates Business Manager is a new key role in ensuring that we are able to deliver quality services to our customers and give assurance to the executive board.
This role is primarily based at the Queens Hospital Burton site and we offer hybrid working in this role meaning that the successful candidate can work from a mixture of locations including home following mutual agreement with the Head of Estates.
Main duties of the job
As a Business Manager within our Hard FM directorate area you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with various teams within the Trust. Your responsibilities will include managing performance targets providing valuable support for project delivery & working alongside teams to identify & solve complex problems
In this multifaceted position, you will work across a range of services covering all HTM, HBN, ERIC, PAM and other statutory compliance areas, as well as other Operational and Clinical Projects. You will have the opportunity to engage with external customers and services across UHBD, ensuring the successful achievement of our objectives
To thrive in this role you should possess an engineering and compliance background with flexibility and adaptability, readily embracing diverse tasks and challenges. You will demonstrate exceptional coordination skills, effortlessly handling complex data & devising innovative solutions to overcome obstacles.
As an independent & self-motivated professional you will have the confidence to engage with individuals at all levels within the NHS, exhibiting your ability to work autonomously with minimal guidance.
