Job summary
We are looking for a self-motivated and proactive individual to join our busy School Aged Immunisation Service. The post is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We are therefore looking for someone with experience of the school based immunisation team and have a solid and stable background within a customer facing environment.
You will assist in the data collection and reporting alongside the data inputting for the National immunisation programme. Therefore, you will have a working knowledge and practical application of the spread sheets, data collection and reporting, clinic bookings and liaising with schools and other stakeholders.
Often working under pressure to meet tight deadlines you will have to work without direct supervision, you will therefore possess excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills

Main duties of the job
You will perform general admin duties and organise the admin work for the day, other responsibilities will include answering phone calls, responding to emails, dealing with enquiries, filing, photocopying, typing and data inputting, maintaining electronic and paper files and other administrative duties as required.
You will also be expected to liaise with the public and colleagues (at all levels) both internal and external to the Trust.
Excellent computer skills, knowledge and/or experience of using both Excel and other databases is required, as these systems are used to record information and produce reports
