Duties for this role include:
o To Support the efficient implementation of the clinical and business applications throughout the Trust.o To provide quality handover documentation and transition to BAU activity of onboarded systems, as well as system upgrades.o Assist the Business Analysis team in data gathering and translation of user stories into deliverables.o Ownership of subtasks from project work, with feedback to the project team and control of any slippage.o To help ensure high availability, security and usability of Client Organisation applications.o To minimise downtime of the above applications by providing pro-active support and a rapid response when problems arise.

Communications and Relationshipso Provide and receive complex information;o Communicates complicated, difficult to explain IM&T issues to non IM&T staff/suppliers.o To liaise with suppliers and peers on complex technical issues to ensure a successful resolution.o A friendly professional and co-operative approach to all users is required when providing support.
Analytical and Judgmental Skillso Complex facts or situations requiring analysis, interpretation, comparison of a range of options.o To analyse, investigate and resolve complex IM&T problems regarding errors or performance issues on applications using diagnostic tools. Where a number of options are available for resolution.
Planning & Organisational Skillso To plan and organise multiple activities some of which are ongoing.o Planning tasks and activities which may require adjustment due to workload and trust priorities and complex newly discovered issues.
