Data is key to Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust's ambitious plans. As an Entry Level Information Analyst/Junior Information Analyst you'll be at the heart of the action, working with electronic systems that capture a wealth of data from patient interactions.
Recruitment is into the band 3 (Entry Level) post, with the transition to the band 4 (Junior) post following a minimum of 12 months in post training and the development of required competencies.
However, candidates with the required qualifications/knowledge (see person specification details below) may be recruited directly into the band 4 (Junior) post.

This post falls within the provisions of Agenda for Change Annex 20 - Development of Professional Roles, whereby upon completion of an agreed set of competencies you may move onto the next pay band without the need for an application for a post at a higher level.

Main duties of the job
An Entry Level/Junior Information Analyst works with hospital and community services data. They are responsible for producing regular reporting that is required both within Northumbria Healthcare and for external organisations such as NHS England.

Candidates will be required to attend a face-to-face test. Candidates who pass the test will then be invited to interview. Tests are due to take place 26-January 2024; interviews are due to take place 5th/6th February 2024.
