Job summary

The post holder will assist the Incident and Datix Manager in providing systems support and administration in relation to incident reporting and management in the Trust.

Main duties of the job

The main function of this post is to support the Incident and Datix Manager with the development, reconfiguration and testing of the Datix system in response to changing local and national needs and priorities. The post holder will also deliver support and training to individuals and teams in using the Datix system.
