Are you an expert in Analytics and Reporting, looking to apply your skills in a role that makes a real difference to patient care? We are seeking an Information Specialist to join our Information Services department and provide specialist advice and support relating to information analysis, interpretation, and reporting.
At the heart of Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust's ambitious Digital Strategy is the provision of high-quality data to support intelligence-led decision making. This role is key to the delivery of this element of the strategy through the use of the latest analytical techniques that turn data into innovative, compelling and intuitive information.
Main duties of the job
As one of the senior members of our Analytics team, you will:
- analyse complex data and develop information reporting solutions
- communicate highly complex or sensitive information to managers and clinicians
- facilitate team working and collaboration within teams, departments, and across organisational boundaries
- Explore and champion advances in analytical methodologies
The successful candidate will hold an honours degree in a subject with a substantial numerate content and have specialist knowledge and expertise in Analytics and Reporting, equivalent to postgraduate degree level.
The post-holder must have excellent inter-personal skills - pro-actively developing strong working relationships across relevant teams and ensuring that there is excellent communication with all relevant parties
