We are looking for enthusiastic, skilled and motivated individuals to join our forward thinking and innovative TrakCare Optimisation Team.The role primarily involves managing a team of configuration specialists focused on maintaining and enhancing the TrakCare system and working closely with clinical colleagues and other digital teams to review and streamline clinical and operational workflows to deliver system optimisations.
Ideal candidates will have a passion for digital systems and their use in a healthcare setting as well as the ability to listen, analyse and solve problems for staff across the organisation.

Main duties of the job
A Senior Configuration Specialist is an exciting opportunity to manage a team of system experts and contribute to meaningful improvements in patient care through the development and delivery of electronic solution.
You will work closely with clinical staff to understand their workflows, mapping processes to design effective digital solutions.
This position requires a blend of specialist expertise, business analysis skills, and leadership abilities to meet the digital needs of the organisation effectively.
