Band 7 Project Nurse- Professional Nurse AdvocacyAre you looking to make a real difference? Do you enjoy developing and implementing policy using your project management skills? This Project Nurse post is an exciting opportunity to support the key implementation of Professional Nurse Advocacy. You will develop and implement policy, workforce plans and reporting mechanisms to enable Professional Nurse Advocates to deploy the A-EQUIP model of advocating and educating for quality improvement (NHS England 2017), which provides a continuous improvement process that builds upon personal and professional resilience of nurses to enhance the quality of care for patients. You will have an established track record as an outstanding communicator, and be familiar with risk, governance and safeguarding processes.

Main duties of the job

You will be expected to collaborate with the local quality & safety, governance, practice development and peer support teams, developing a quality service improvement. This exciting role is designed to meet the professional support and developmental needs of our nurses and you will need to inspire and motivate teams to focus on retention and pastoral support for the nursing workforce. Clinical Practice
