Job summary

We are delighted to be able to offer an opportunity for a highly motivated, ambitious individual to join our well integrated team.

We expect the successful candidate to be competent in diagnostic EUS, level 1,2,3 ERCP and non endoscopic management of pancreatobiliary diseases. In addition, the individual should be competent in gastroscopy and colonoscopy. The candidate should be hard working & team player as we are the busiest unit in the country involving interaction with multiple specialities including surgery, radiology, medicine and intensive care.

In addition to the challenges of the role, we can offer you a commitment to teaching, education, research and audit.

Candidates for the post must be registered medical practitioners and on, or eligible to join, the Specialist Register within six months of the date of the Appointments Committee.

Main duties of the job

The job will involve providing comprehensive pancreatobiliary medicine service and general gastroenterology including general endoscopy.
