Job summary
The Ear, Nose and Throat Department at the Freeman Hospital has a permanent, full-time vacancy for a reliable, motivated, conscientious, patient-centred Outpatient Clerk Receptionist. The Department provides a comprehensive range of emergency and non-emergency services for both children and adults, including general ENT services, Casualty clinics, Audiology, Speech and Language Therapy, and Head and Neck Tumour Group.

Main duties of the job
The role involves greeting and checking in/out patients, fielding enquiries in person and over the telephone, making appointments, updating patient records, and preparation of paperwork both for, and after clinic.
You should be able to integrate well with the existing team, be flexible in supporting the functions of the Department and have a genuine desire to contribute to providing a quality service for patients.
