Main duties of the job
The initial priority of the role will be to lead the ambitious rollout of the Trust's recently implemented state of the art Genesis inventory management system.
With this in mind, we're looking for someone with:
- Significant experience in supply chain management, preferably within a large, complex organisation.
- Proven ability to lead change and manage large-scale projects.
- Strong understanding of NHS procurement and supply chain processes, with experience in using data to drive improvements.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple departments.
- Passion for driving innovation and improving patient outcomes through operational excellence.
