Job summary
We are looking for a pro-active database and information officer to join our skilled, friendly and enthusiastic Operations team at Newcastle Hospitals Charity. You will work to maintain and administer the Beacon database, to develop new and improve existing processes, to maximise the efficiency and use of the database across the organisation, and to produce analytical reports to support fundraising and marketing activity.

Main duties of the job
- To lead in the management and development of the Charity's CRM and its supporting systems.
- Ensure that Charity policy regarding Data Protection and Information Governance is adhered to.
- To assist in the, collection, storage, and updating of charity constituent information and the development of data collection processes
- To lead in the retrieval and analysis of data from a variety of data sources to support fundraising and supporter engagement.
- To ensure all data to be populated into CRM system is accurate and complete
- To be responsible for producing reports as required and support analytical work of the Charity.
