Main duties of the job

The role will provide complex performance information/advice and take a corporate lead with senior officers on corrective action where performance is not being met. Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills are required as well as the ability to constructively challenge current practice. The postholder will be skilled at prioritising their own workload with the ability to change priorities at short notice.
