  • Provide advice and support across the Trust on the CAS alert process.
  • Support the production of analytical incident reports for corporate meetings and committees.
  • Actively promote and implement local and national policy in relation to CAS.
  • Contribute to the Trust-wide remit of the Patient Safety Team specifically and the Clinical Governance and Risk Department more generally.
  • Undertake a broad range of administrative and clerical tasks, including minute taking, specifically supporting patient safety related and governance priorities under some supervision.

If you would like to share your current skills and experience with us, we would welcome you to apply to be part of the Patient Safety team and contribute to making a positive difference to patient safety across the Trust.
