Job summary
You will be part of a team providing high quality costing information to various internal and external users. This includes running the costing system on a quarterly basis to produce information for the Trust Board and assisting in the yearly production of the Trust National Cost Collection.

Main duties of the job
- Convert the general ledger into the costing ledger ready for upload into the costing system.
- Investigation of variances on the PLICS Trust Board Report - to provide reasons for movements on costs and income for a range of Directorates.
- Liaison with Finance Managers and Departmental managers to ensure that the basis of apportionments used for costing services is regularly updated and conforms to national costing guidance.
- Run the Patient Level Costing System and investigate and correct system problems.
