Job summary
The busy dynamic ophthalmic photographic division of the Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals Trust is looking to appoint a Medical Photographer Technician to join our large team of dedicated ophthalmic photographers and technicians to support the delivery of ophthalmic imaging to support clinical diagnosis services for the Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals Trust, Outreach Clinics and Newcastle Hospitals at Cramlington.
We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, conscientious and motivated individual who is able to demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as within a multi-disciplinary team.

Main duties of the job
To provide a comprehensive clinical and non-clinical Photography and Ophthalmic Imaging service, undertaking: photography in the studio, clinic, wards, theatres, optical coherence tomography (OCT), fundus photography and Petacam to support the service.
