We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist with an interest in respiratory medicine to become part of the regional Cystic Fibrosis (CF) and the regional severe asthma teams based at the Royal Victoria Infirmary, Newcastle upon Tyne. In this exciting new role, you will provide medicines management expertise and advice to both multidisciplinary teams (MDTs) and have a key role in prescribing and reviewing complex medicines and monitoring adherence to therapies to help optimise patient outcomes.
