Main duties of the job

As a Staff Experience and Engagement Manager this is a very exciting time to join us as we develop our new 'What Matters to You' staff experience programme. We are looking for someone who is creative, driven and very personable with a genuine passion for making a positive difference to people's experience at work. Project management is a key aspect of this role as we develop new and innovative engagement tools. This role will line manage the Staff Experience and Engagement Officer whilst collaborating with members across HR and the Trust.

We are looking for people who are resilient, flexible and committed to ensuring provision of sustainable high quality services for the community we serve. The work is inspiring, demanding and never dull.

  • Payment of contractual sick pay (CSP).
  • All successful candidates who require a DBS for the post they have been offered pay for their DBS certificate. The method of payment is a salary deduction from your first month's pay. You will be required to sign a DBS payment form which will be issued to you as part of your recruitment process.
  • All new employees will be required to attend the Trust induction programme and complete appropriate mandatory training requirements.

As our Staff Experience and Engagement Manager you will have the unique opportunity of developing the culture across the Trust.
