We are now seeking to recruit an Associate Medical Director to work as part of the leadership triumvirate working with the Head of Nursing and Deputy Director.
You will have a strong and effective model of leadership skills and demonstrate visible senior clinical leadership. You will join the senior medical management team supporting the Medical Director. the AMD will oversee, support and develop the medical workforce and Clinical Directors.
Main duties of the job
The AMD must have a strong and effective model of leadership which is vital to deliver the ambitious transformation agenda and as a team be accountable for strategic planning, financial performance, quality of care and clinical performance of the Directorate.
