We are looking to take on a number of permanent Health Care Support Workers in our Families, Young People and Children's and Learning Disabilities & Autism Services (FYPCLDA) at our CAMHS Inpatient services.

We provide 24/7 care throughout the year and our staff work various shift patterns across days and nights.Health Care Support Workers work on a rotational basis to provide care to our patients.

We are dedicated to the care we provide to our patients, and Health Care Support Workers are an important part of our staffing team.

You will work alongside nurses, doctors, occupational therapists and psychologists as part of the multidisciplinary team.

We are looking for Health Care Support Workers who are caring, compassionate and genuinely interested in working with patients.

The wards provide multidisciplinary support and care planning to patients with complex medical and rehabilitation needs.

We provide high quality and compassionate care to our service users.

Main duties of the job

This role supports the qualified nursing staff and the wider multi-disciplinary team in the delivery of direct patient care and supporting patients in maintaining their health and wellbeing.

Our services to patients are on a 24/7 basis and you will be expected to work a variety of shift patterns. We try and accommodate individual needs through flexible working, but cant guarantee we can accommodate every request.
