There will be the opportunities to develop areas of staff training, and possible areas of staff support and supervision/reflective groups.

The role also involves the support of a 7/8a psychologist and reviewing current provision to continue to look at the team needs. The successful candidate will also work with the medical psychology team and benefit from joint working and support from a diverse team of psychologists.
