We have a great opportunity for a Business Assistant to join our team in the Specialist Psychological Therapy Services - TSPPD, supporting people with mental health difficulties across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.
As a Business Assistant you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive administration service and supporting the team. We are looking for people with great administration experience and strong communication skills with the ability to work on their own and in a team. You will need to be highly organised with good planning skills and highly skilled in Microsoft Office.

Main duties of the job
The Business Assistant role includes duties such as managing referrals, telephone and written correspondence with patients, organising meetings, data inputting, creating spreadsheets and other general administration tasks.
The successful candidate will posses excellent IT and audio-typing skills, good written and verbal communication skills, the ability to liaise with service users in a calm and compassionate manner and the ability to work positively and proactively as part of the wider administrative and clinical teams.
