The Child and Adolescent Mental Health (CAMHS) team are looking for a organised and motivated individual to work as Band 4 Senior Business Assistant. This role involves providing high level support to the clinical team and line managing designated administrative staff.
This role will include working at The Valentine Centre, Leicester from 12:00-20:00 Monday-Thursday.
Main duties of the job
The role is diverse with each day bringing new challenges. You will have proven ability in using your own initiative, showing attention to detail and have the ability to work accurately, whilst understanding and adhering to Trust Policies and local procedures.
The successful candidates will have:
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office including word, outlook and excel.
- Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload for themselves and others, ensuring that deadlines are met and all work is completed in a timely manner.
- High level of written, verbal and face to face communication skills. Demonstrating the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of professionals at all levels in health and external agencies and service users and their families.
