Job summary
Thank you for expressing an interest in joining Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust (LPT). This is a crucial time for the NHS and the Trust and a particularly exciting time to join our leadership team.
LPT is an extraordinary organisation and I am proud to be its chief executive. I joined in 2019 and was instantly inspired by the passion and dedication of the c7,000 staff, volunteers and students who work with us.
We are looking for a very special person to be our next Director of Corporate Governance, someone with huge passion for the NHS and the delivery of outstanding care for our population. Working as part of our Trust Board, we are seeking a strong leader who can make a significant contribution to our corporate Governance and Risk Strategy, within our Trust, across our Group and the wider system. And of course, we are looking for someone who will fit and gel with a high performing Executive Team and Trust Board to ensure we are a Well-Led organisation with an inclusive, compassionate culture.
LPT is a fast-paced, complex and challenging organisation which requires highly effective leaders with the capability, tenacity and determination to resolve difficult issues but who have the flexibility, demeanour and political acumen to do this whilst demonstrating exemplary leadership behaviours.
I do hope you enjoy reading this information pack and learning more about LPT and the role, and I very much look forward to receiving your application.
