We have an fantastic opportunity for a Receptionist/Admin Assistant to join the CAMHS Learning Disability Team within the directorate of Families, Young Peoples and Childrens Services. This is based at Rothesay on London Road
The post is very varied and involves taking telephone calls, welcoming visitors, patients & their families to the building inputting data onto the electronic patient record (SystmONe), booking patient appointments and providing admin support to the staff in the clinical team.

Main duties of the job
The post involves Reception cover, maintaining records; reporting Estates issues; documenting health and safety checks; scanning and typing of letters; photocopying; emails, telephone calls.
The ideal candidate will have a "can do" attitude and flexibility to cover colleagues, and sometimes provide cover at alternative bases.
You'll need to remain calm under pressure and be able to prioritise, and there will be contact with patients their families and members of the public.
