We have a great opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our team in the Specialist Psychological Therapy Services, on a 12 months fixed term, supporting people with mental health difficulties across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.
We are looking for people with great administration experience and strong communication skills with the ability to work on their own and in a team. You'll need to be highly organised with good planning skills, skilled in Microsoft Office and able to demonstrate our values of Compassion, Trust, Respect and Integrity.

Main duties of the job
As an Administrator at LPT, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive administration service to a specific area of the mental health team which will include duties such as supporting a clinical team, managing referrals, telephone and written correspondence with patients.
The role also includes data inputting and creating spreadsheets, diary management, preparing agendas and taking minutes as well as organising meetings and other general administration duties.
You will need to be able to work positively and proactively as part of the wider administrative and clinical teams and liaise with service users in a calm and compassionate manner.
